Growing up

My dear friends:

           I have been working in Ladder English School for more two years. During

these two years, I've really seen 

some changes on myself.   There is a saying that practice  makes perfect. In my

mind, I think teaching practice is  a  very  long and up to date process.

            When I was a new comer, I always felt nervous and unconfident.  So I

could not handle my class and

communicate with my students' parents freely. It took a long time to adjust

myself, absorb something new and change  myself. Someone told me that your

greatest enemy was yourself. Please make your life different from

now  on. I did it.

            It is my second  year of  working in the school.  I like my chikdren,

my  workmates,  my directors and

everything  in the school.  One of my directors is a very special ,  fashionable 

and  smart woman.  It is she that 

can give you some popular fashion information,   lead  you improve  your 

teaching  ability   and   take  us  to the 

pub  to have fun.   I  can't  thank  you too  much.   Hard working  is  my   best  gift 

for you.

           Do  please  love  our   job  and   improve  our   ability.   We will  feel   a  

different   world   in  our  life.
